Well, little Lily had to go back to the school on Monday.
Annie really had an 'interesting' weekend with her. Annie had a countdown clock in her mind the entire time. I think that the fun wore off during the first night. I had gone to an Uppercase Living party at Rachel's house and when I got home Annie was laying on the couch practically in tears about how tired she was....this was at 9:30 in the evening on the first night!
notice the pug laying by the baby..they didn't appreciate Annie paying more attention to the baby than to them

This is my favorite picture of the whole weekend. The baby would cry until you did the thing that it needed, in this case change her diaper. There was a sensor in the diaper that would shut the crying off when it was held up to the baby. Annie was so frustrated here that she didn't even bother to change the diaper right, just ripped her poor little pants down and held the diaper up to the sensor in a desperate attempt to quiet her down as quickly as possible.

Annie turned Lily back in on Monday morning. When she got home she said that she was glad Lily was gone but that she had teared up when turning her back in.
I can't wait to remind her in a few year about how hard this weekend was.
